This working ranch is set in the scenic foothills of California's Gold Country. The property provides a stunning and tranquil escape, ideal for a weekend of all you like to do. Enjoy live performances at nearby wineries on Friday and Saturday evenings, and discover the unique shopping and dining experiences in the historic towns of Auburn, Folsom, and Nevada City California. Terms of Service
Two-night minimum requirement. Dogs accepted, leashed only.
Guests 3. Parents with two children accepted with prior approval.
$210 per weekend night, discounts on multiple night stays available.

Stayed a few nights
"Such a beautiful place and wonderful hosts!
The loft is cozy and private, and plenty of amenities are provided.
Sheila and Dave respect your privacy but are always available if you reach out to them. We took advantage of the complimentary alpaca experience, which was both educational and fun.
Great location, several wineries and breweries are just a short drive away.
Overall, super recommended!"

"This was my second stay this year — the opportunity to be with baby alpacas is priceless! Sheila & Dave once again proved to be such lovely and engaging hosts, and it’s an honor to have them open up this joyous experience of unlimited communing with all the alpacas. The space itself is cozy and inviting, and they are responsive so quickly to all questions / requests. If you love animals and are seeking a calm and slow-paced refuge, do come!"

Stayed a few nights
"Welcome to Paradise!! Beautiful home, love the land and views that surrounded the home. It was very pretty, neat and clean. Described just like the listing and very inviting. We were able to see and feed the Alpacas. What a treat!! We went to Villa Wise Winery for lunch and dinner which had beautiful views and lovely atmosphere. We also went to Dueling Dogs Brewing Co. for great pizza. The wineries and restaurants were very nice and close by. A great place to lay low and relax. This place exceeded our expectations. Thank you Sheila and Dave!"
